Cancellation Policy
Drishti - The Vision believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 12 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been completed or if we have initiated the process of shipping either ourselves or through the vendors/merchants/ representatives whom we may appoint from time to time.
No cancellations are entertained for those products that the Drishti - The Vision marketing team has given special offers on for various purposes including but not limited to special occasions like Holi, Diwali, Valentine's Day, specific examination etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
Refund Policy
If you cancel your admission within seven days of the date of commencement of any course, 20% fee will be deducted. 50% of fees will be refunded if one cancels within 30 days of the date of admission. In case of cancellation after more than one month, no amount will be refunded.
No fee will be refunded for online courses.

We value your trust and work hard to ensure every order leaves our warehouse in perfect condition. To provide clarity and fairness, please review our return and replacement policy before placing an order.
Reasons We Accept Returns
We only accept returns in situations where the product we delivered does not match what we promised. Examples include:

This is treated as a manufacturing defect, not normal wear. | Defective or damaged product | The book arrives torn, warped, water‑damaged, or otherwise unusable. Damaged/defective items must be returned in the condition they were received |
| Wrong product delivered | You received a different title or edition from what you ordered. Other bookstores allow replacements when the wrong item is delivered, and we follow the same principle. |
We do not accept returns or exchanges if the book was ordered by mistake or the customer simply changes their mind. Some retailers explicitly state that items that customers “no longer need” must be returned unopened and within a specified period but to keep things clear we do not offer refunds or exchanges for such cases.
Return Request Window
To be eligible for a return or replacement, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery (the return period used by other book sellers for defective items After 7 days we cannot accept return requests. We recommend inspecting your order immediately upon receipt.
Return Procedure

Initiate a request – Write to our customer service team at care@groupdrishti.in or call us at +91 8750187501 within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photographs or an unboxing video as evidence. Providing proof is standard practice; without it, returns may be denied.

Await approval – Our team will review your request and may ask for additional details. We reserve the right to deny returns that don’t meet the above criteria

Receive return instructions – Once your return is approved, we will send you the return shipping instructions. For defective or wrong items, we will arrange a pickup or reimburse reasonable shipping costs; however, if the book is returned without our authorization, the buyer must cover the courier charges, as outlined by other sellers

Pack carefully – Return the book in its original condition and packaging, including any inserts or supplementary materials. Items must be returned with reasonable care and in resaleable condition

Replacement or refund – After the returned item is received and inspected, we will process a replacement or refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval. We reserve the right to offer store credit instead of a cash refund for certain promotional offers.
Situations Where Returns Are Denied

Change of mind/ordered by mistake – We do not accept returns simply because you no longer want the book. If you order only one book by mistake and then request a refund or exchange, your request will be declined.

Return request after 7 days – Requests submitted after the 7‑day window cannot be processed

Books not in original condition – Returns showing signs of use, missing pages or inserts, writing/marking, or damage not caused during production or delivery will not be accepted. Books must be returned in a condition that permits us to resell them
